Having the correct management in place for returns can significantly reduce the volume of returns by having options and seemless processes in place for unhappy customers.
Returns are always a touchy subject, which is why it's important to have a proven, scalable process in place with the correct people at the end of the line.
We already have these processes in place so integration could be as simple as a few API feeds whilst we manage the physical stock.
After initial contact, our business development team will set up an initial meeting with you for introductions and to discuss how we can aid your business. After this meeting, the business development team will produce an initial proposal which takes into account commercials, operational processes and technical implementation required. This will usually be sent over within the same week. Follow up meetings will be arranged until both sides are happy with the proposal.
Designs will be finalised for the returns process. This process will be streamlined for our partners usage to optimise the process to meet the partners needs. The software development team will then begin development of the solution. The team is highly skilled in creation and management of APIs if you wish to use your own developers for your side of development.
Once the technical specifications have been met, we will run test cases to ensure that the service is quick, efficient and easy for the consumer and/or the partner. We will run multiple tests and try to break the process in order to iron out any weaknesses prior to official launch of any new service with a partner.
Provided all tests have been passed the testing process and the partner is happy with the process we will launch the finished service. Support will be assigned for the launch as teething issues are not uncommon but usually aren't major at this point. Nevertheless we can provide technical and customer support for all services throughout their lifetime.
